Collection: PRE ORDER UNITS WIGS

All Elizabeth Collection Custom Human Hair Wigs are created in Alberta Canada via sewing machine and hand stitching to allow for 4+ years of wear.

Since all our custom units are available for pre-order, they are created upon order. Once you order your EC unit, the extensions are custom order from our supplier and shipped directly to us. After they get delivered we take our time to carefully create your unit. Your unit will then be shipped directly to you fully styled and ready to be installed.

Our wigs are are created using your head measurements and requirements. We take pride and time in our product, therefore, reflecting in our longer than usual processing time for Custom and Non - Ready To Ship orders.

Elizabeth Collection "Custom"  Wigs require a processing time of 7 - 28 business days to create, custom colour, customize and package your order. Once your order is on route to be created, we will send you an email to update you. This email should be received within 7-14 business days after your order has been placed, so please refrain from reaching out to check the status of your order until the 15th business day.

After processing time has been completed, expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days locally (Edmonton Alberta and surrounding areas.) and 5-7 business days internationally.
