Shipping + Processing Times:

• All Elizabeth Collection Human Hair Wigs are created in Alberta Canada by us via sewing machine and hand stitching to allow for 4+ years of wear. We take pride and time in our product therefore reflecting in our long processing time for Custom and Non - Ready To Ship orders.
• Local orders take 3-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 1-3 business days for our "Ready To Ship" Collection.
• International orders take 5 - 7  business days to be delivered for our "Ready To Ship" Collection.
• For our "Custom Orders" we require a processing time of 7 - 21 business days to create, custom colour, customize and package your order. Once your order is on route to be created, we will send you an email to update you. This email should be received within 7-14 business days after your order has been placed, so please refrain from reaching out to check the status of your order until the 15th business day. After processing time has been completed, expect your order to ship within 3-5 business days locally (Edmonton Alberta and surrounding areas.) and 5-7 business days internationally.
• Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

• Cash on Delivery is available in Edmonton Alberta Canada ONLY!

Returns & Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us, however due to the nature of our product and for hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you double check your order requirements and information given to us. (Sizing, Colour selcted, Length Selected, etc.):

• If there was a mistake with your order due to us, (sizing issue, wrong colour, etc) we will offer an exchange for the same product. 
• Timing: we have a 14 - days Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
• To be eligible for an Exchanged, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• For Exchanges, please email info.elizabethcollectin@gmail.com with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please be sure to include any images of the product if need be.
• Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
• Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
• When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the Exchange.
• If the Exchange is approved, then it will be processed and we will update them on the status of the Exchange.

What is the best wig for beginners?

We always recommend our 5x5 and 7x7 lace closure wigs for beginners, these wigs can be worn 100% glueless, they don't require any form of adhesive. These wigs are super easy to throw on and go and look extremely natural with little effort. We only use the thinnest skin like HD and Transparent lace for our wigs, which can be easily tinted to match your skin with your foundation powder or a lace tint. They also blend flawlessly without any foundation (if chosen) for every skin type. From the lightest of skin shades to the deepest, Elizabeth Collection wigs are sure to match you perfectly.

We also recommend our selection of Bang wigs, these are perfect for ladies self conscious of lace showing or ladies who don't want to deal with lace in general. Again they are extremely natural and are super easy to throw on and go without adhesive.
