Refund & Exchange Policy
At Elizabeth Collection, we take pride in offering high-quality hair products and services. To maintain fairness and transparency, please review our refund and exchange terms below.
No Refunds
We maintain a strict no refund policy on all purchases, including:
- Hair bundles (raw or virgin)
- Services (installations, styling, coloring, etc.)
- Digital products
- Deposits and class payments
This policy applies to both in-person and online orders.
Custom & Raw Hair Orders
Bundles that are custom-ordered or textures we do not regularly stock (such as Raw Wavy or specialty textures) are final sale. These items are ordered specifically per request and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
In-Stock Hair (e.g. Body Wave)
We may offer an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, only if:
- The hair is a standard texture we keep in stock (e.g. Body Wave)
- The bundles are unused, unaltered, and in original packaging
- You contact us within the allowed window
Approval is at our discretion, and exchanges are not guaranteed.
Quality Concerns
If you believe the hair received is defective (e.g. excessive shedding or unusual matting), please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
- We may request photos/videos and review the issue
- If deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or exchange only
- Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances
Services
All services provided at Elizabeth Collection are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and correct where possible.
