Refund & Return Policy
Your 100% satisfaction is important for us, however due to the nature of our product and for hygiene purposes we do not offer refunds. Please ensure you double check your order requirements and information given to us. (Sizing, Colour selcted, Length Selected, etc.):
- If there was a mistake with your order due to us, (sizing issue, wrong colour, etc) we will offer an exchange for the same product.
- Timing: we have a 14 - days Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
- To be eligible for an Exchanged, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For Exchanges, please email info.elizabethcollectin@gmail.com with the subject 'Exchange' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return. Please be sure to include any images of the product if need be.
- Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
- Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
- When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the Exchange.
- If the Exchange is approved, then it will be processed and we will update them on the status of the Exchange.
